LODGING POLICIES
Minimum Stay: Two night minimum stay is requested on all weekends throughout the year, however, do ask about a one night stay, there may be a cancellation. Holiday weekends are a preferred three night minimum stay, but again do inquire about a shorter stay.
Rates: Rates include a continental breakfast of a local baker’s delicacies, organic juice and fruits and organic coffee and decaf and teas, wireless Internet, and are subject to a 8% tax. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions upon reservation.
Payment: A credit card number will be taken (Visa, MC, Amex) at the time of booking and will be held only as a temporary deposit for five days, by then we must receive a check for 50% of the reservation made out to Patricia Heller, the remainder to be paid in cash (preferred) or check at the beginning of your stay. Last minute pay in full either by credit card (3% handling fee) or overnight check.
Cancellation Policy: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling your room. For this reason we uphold a strict policy. If we have held your reservation for seven or more days, but you cancel with greater than two weeks notice, there will be a 15% cancellation fee. Kindly give us 14 days notice of cancellation. After that, no refund is possible regardless of reason for non-arrival or early departure. Also, if two or more rooms are reserved, 30 days advance notice is required with a 15% cancellation fee.
If we know you are coming for a Friday Check-in and have not received a check by Wednesday we will automatically charge your credit card for the full amount plus a 5% handling fee.
