LODGING POLICIES
Minimum Stay: Two night minimum stay required on all weekends throughout the year. Single night stays are charged at the weekend rate from July through October. Holiday weekends are a three night minimum stay.
Rates: Rates include a continental breakfast of a local baker’s muffins and Danish, organic juice and fruits and organic coffee and decaf and teas, wireless Internet, and are subject to a 12.125% tax.
Payment: A credit card number will be taken (Visa, MC, Amex) at the time of booking and will be held only as a temporary deposit for five days, by then we must receive a check for 50% of the reservation made out to Patricia Heller, the remainder to be paid in cash (preferred) or check at the end of your stay.
Cancellation Policy: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling your room. For this reason we uphold a strict policy. If we have held your reservation for seven or more days, but you cancel with greater than two weeks notice, there will be a 15% cancellation fee. Kindly give us 14 days notice of cancellation. After that, no refund is possible regardless of reason for non-arrival or early departure. Please note, if two or more rooms are reserved, 30 days advance notice is required with a 15% cancellation fee.

We are going for a green facility as much as possible, not that children aren’t green,
we’re just not set up child safe or proof.
